Getting here

However you are coming

🚗

By car

M60 junction 9, then follow signs for Trafford Park. Turn onto Ashburton Road West and Gate 3 is 400m on the left, marked with a yellow barrier.

Forty free spaces, four of them accessible bays right by the door. It fills up on Sunday mornings — if it is full, there is on-street parking on Praed Road two minutes away.

Sat nav: M17 1QT. Ignore it when it says you have arrived on Trafford Park Road; keep going to the roundabout and come back on yourself.

🚊

By tram

The Trafford Park line to Village stop. From there it is a seven-minute walk: right out of the stop, over the canal bridge, and Gate 3 is on your left.

From Manchester Piccadilly the whole journey is about 25 minutes with one change at Cornbrook.

🚆

By train

Trafford Park station is a 15-minute walk. Come out, turn left, follow Westinghouse Road to the canal and turn right along the towpath — it is the nicest way in.

Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria both connect via Deansgate.

🚲

By bike or on foot

The Bridgewater Canal towpath runs right past the back of the works, traffic-free all the way from Castlefield. It takes about 35 minutes from the city centre and it is flat the whole way.

Sheffield stands for eight bikes under cover at Gate 3.
